LETTING TERMS
*	Available: Saturday 1700 to Saturday 1030
*	Gas, electricity, fuel and linen included
*	A deposit for each week of letting is required at the time of booking.
*	The final payment together with the refundable breakages/cleaning deposit is due 8 weeks before the letting.
*	If the full payment is not received by the due date, the company may cancel the reservation. On any cancellation by the guest or company, the deposit will be retained and the guest will remain liable to pay the balance of rent unless the company is able to re-let the property.
*	Guests are strongly advised to arrange comprehensive travel insurance, including cancellation cover at the time of booking.
*	No pets please!
*	Guests are asked to leave their apartments clean on departure. Cleaning can be arranged for an additional charge.
